All services are subject to availability and a written estimate or agreement.

2. Appointments and Estimates

Appointments may be requested online or by phone. Free estimates are offered based on initial project scope and location. Scheduling does not guarantee immediate availability or pricing until confirmed by BA Painting in writing.

3. Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be specified in the estimate or service agreement. We may require a deposit before work begins. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms of payment may include credit/debit cards, checks, bank transfers, or other methods as specified.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee, especially for booked labor or material orders.

BA Painting reserves the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

Provide access to the property during scheduled times

Remove valuables or fragile items from work areas

Communicate clearly about project scope or concerns

We are not liable for delays due to restricted access or unprepared workspaces.

6. Warranty and Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our work. If any defects or issues arise within 30 days of service, we will assess and, if appropriate, correct the issue at no additional charge. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, weather, or external factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

BA Painting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
